New to us? We always meet you and your pets first — a free meet & greet you’ll pick along with your booking.
Booked with us before? Get a sign-in link
We’ll fill in your details and pets, and you’ll skip the meet & greet.
30 minutes suits one or two easy-care pets. For three or more pets, or a mixed household, choose the hour.

About you and your pets
Pick a time to meet
Since we haven’t met yet, we’ll come by first — free, about 20 minutes. You meet us, your pets meet us, and either of us can decide it’s not the right fit, no hard feelings. We schedule it within the month before your booking.
Already met us? Go back to the first step and use “Booked with us before?” — your sign-in link skips this step. Or just pick a time, and we’ll sort it out when we see your request.
Look it over
This sends a request — nothing is charged. We’ll hold the time for you and confirm, or talk it through with you, the same day. Final pricing is confirmed with you; holiday dates and special situations can differ.
